Government and state filing fees are paid directly to the relevant authority on your behalf and are non-refundable once the filing has been submitted.
Our service fee covers the work of preparing and submitting your order. If you cancel before we have started work on your order, the service fee is fully refundable. Once work has begun, the service fee becomes non-refundable, as it reflects time and resources already committed to your order.
Add-on services (such as EIN registration or registered agent service) follow the same policy: refundable only if the service has not yet been initiated with the relevant third party or authority.
To request a refund, contact our support team with your order details. We review each request individually and aim to respond within 2 business days.
